The Efimurs Festival in May 2024 transformed the coastal town of L’Ametlla de Mar in Tarragona, Spain, into a vibrant urban art gallery. With eleven impressive large-format murals, the festival aimed to make urban art accessible and meaningful to the community, enhancing the town's charm under the theme “L’Ametlla de Mar, the most natural cove.”

The festival's goals were to promote best practices in mural art, elevate the professionalism of the artists, and build a strong, educational, and empowering bond with the locals.
International and local artists such as Abys from France, Kitsune Jolene from Belgium, Mura & Filite from Brazil, and Spanish talents Dridali, Asem, Manz, Kamma Marlo, Moxaico, Sucri, Furyo, Zabala, and Uri KTHR turned the town’s walls into stunning pieces of art.
Workshops were held in collaboration with local schools, fostering a love for graffiti and artistic expression among the younger generation. The festival concluded with a vibrant Jam session, featuring contributions from national artists like Cayn PTA2, Emi, Erizo, Leim, MariaDie, Mawe, Nels, None, Pauceda, Rode, and Urih PTA2.
More Than Just Art
The Efimurs Festival was about more than just art; it celebrated community, culture, and togetherness. Attendees enjoyed the local cuisine and the relaxed atmosphere of this picturesque coastal town, making the event a memorable experience for all.
